Do I need to buy any hardware or equipment?

No. Clinica runs entirely on our cloud servers. You need nothing except your existing phone and internet connection — and even internet isn't required for call answering (it happens at the carrier level).

Will my patients know something has changed?

They'll notice someone always answers — that's the only difference. Clinica introduces itself as an AI receptionist. Most patients adapt quickly and appreciate the instant response, especially for booking or rescheduling.

What if Clinica gets something wrong?

Our team monitors call quality for the first 7 days after go-live. If the AI says something incorrect, we correct the briefing immediately. You can also flag any issue through your dashboard and we'll fix it within a few hours.

Can Clinica handle multiple doctors?

Yes. We brief Clinica on every doctor at your clinic — their names, specialties, timings, and availability. It routes callers to the correct doctor's calendar and books accordingly.

What happens during a long call — does it block other callers?

How long does the 14-day pilot last?
